What You'll Do
As a Dutch Customer Support Advisor for a sales and online marketing project, you will be responsible for assisting advertisers and businesses in maximizing their online presence and success. Your key responsibilities include:
Client Assistance: Support Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information related to online marketing solutions.
Sales Support: Help clients optimize their online marketing campaigns and ad placements, guiding them on best practices for effective results.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to ad performance, billing, and technical difficulties, offering step-by-step solutions to improve campaign outcomes.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
Feedback Gathering: Collaborate with the team to gather insights from clients, helping to drive product enhancements and marketing strategies.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients by offering tailored support and demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
