Dpm Specialist - Wholesalers And C&C

Integrated in the current Distribution Management Team, the Distribution Partner Specialist's main priority is representing and managing the Red Bull business with assigned Distribution Partners (Wholesalers and C&C), achieving growth, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the company strategy and priorities, which lead to an increase in Distribution, Execution, and Volume.
RESPONSABILIDADES Relevant experience in FMCG business in sales teams with a clear focus on distribution (horizontal/vertical growth).
Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills.
Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour in FMCG.
Effective negotiation and communication skills.
Driving license.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
