Doa Operational Expert

We are looking for aDOA Operational Expertto join our team.
Job Mission:
Monitor and ensure that the Group DOA is applied accurately and consistently in the EE Systems,for designated flows.
The activity is SOX/Internal control relevant.
Provide support to Requester/DOA Champions in DOA matrix change requests.
Access the email box/WF tool for pending change requests for checking the correctness (e.g. check the correct filling of the form).
Approve in the WF tool the change request to move them to the next step (change implementation into the system by BCOE).
For mass changes, prepare DOA-compliant change requests and submit them through the WF tool to BCOE team.
Once received the closing feedback, update the DOA Excel matrix.
Perform periodic compliance checks on the DOA matrix based on RPA results that match the Excel matrix with the SAP one, highlighting any discrepancies.
Ensure the archiving and versioning of the DOA excel matrices for audit purposes.

SOX/internal control compliance.
