This person will report to the business unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and the capability to build relationships with various stakeholders, delivering meaningful customer experiences that drive positive impacts for patients.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a diverse sales team.Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication and cooperation between sales, marketing, and medical teams.Ensure performance expectations and development goals are clearly understood by all team members, regularly monitor results and goals achievement, participate in SR performance evaluation / Performance Management and Career Planning.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Lead, manage, and develop the professional skills of SR / Coaching SR.Implement marketing strategy and achieve business plans, communicate with other functions and provide information about the situation on the local market / National Leadership.Ensure efficient allocation of financial and non-financial resources.Represent and behave in alignment with our company values, policies, and standards, ensuring understanding of and compliance with Red Book a Good Promotional Practice within the team.General Competencies Required:Able to live and work in Portugal - mandatory.Portuguese speaker - mandatory.Fluent business- and job-related English (written and spoken).Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Finance), additional education will be highly valued.Minimum of 2-3 years of hospital sales/marketing experience in oncology, preferably in breast cancer or hemato-oncology.Excellent communication skills / coaching skills / problem-solving skills.Proven record in marketing and promotion and/or people management.Ability to travel 80% of the time, have a driver license.Familiarity and/or experience in marketing processes.Strong understanding of the interplay between sales, marketing, and medical functions.Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry economics and drivers.Fosters strong cross-functional collaboration, continual improvement, simplicity, and focus.Influence and leadership skills.Business sales acumen.Demonstrated learning agility, critical thinking skills.Demonstrated leadership and relationship building including multifunctional teamwork skills and the ability to influence senior management.If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for leading teams and driving sales success, we encourage you to apply.
