The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of financial management, capable of driving the financial success of our company.Key Responsibilities:Lead the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysisDevelop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and growthOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesManage cash flow, investments, and financial risksEnsure compliance with all regulatory and legal financial requirementsProvide financial insights and recommendations to the executive teamCollaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business strategiesLead audits and liaise with external auditors as neededRequirements:Proven experience as a Financial Director or similar role, ideally within the hospitality industryIn-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk managementStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insightsProficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially ExcelExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
