Requirements and Desired Profile:
Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar field
Demonstrated experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology sector
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
Good knowledge of English (oral and written)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Highly proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit, combined with strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, work as a team, and maintain a positive and practical attitude
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring that the company's human resource needs are met efficiently and effectively, contributing to people management, culture, and team development
Establish measures that promote the company's culture and values in an environment of respect, trust, transparency, and open communication
Manage and develop recruitment processes, including selection, integration, training, performance evaluation, and career plans
Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
Create talent attraction and acquisition procedures
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to human resources
Manage employee conflicts and issues
Develop, budget, and execute strategic human resource plans
Align with quality management system standards
