We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Integration Manager to lead the seamless integration of systems, processes, and operations across our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning and analytical skills, demonstrate excellence in collaboration, and thrive under pressure while ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. This role requires a technology-savvy professional with expertise in cloud management and a process-oriented mindset. Shield integration group works with professional planning & monitoring. Working closely with the delivery team (PM & SM) impacting the projects (as opposed to working for the delivery team). The team and manager are fully aligned with the delivery goals. The department is working based on best practices, methodology, and documentation giving confidence internally as well as to customers. The ideal candidate will be: Process oriented Strong planning capabilities Able to work with other department managers Has top-down thinking Analytical thinking Able to improve the team quality Works well under pressure. Mentally strong. Dedicated and committed Technology savvy (not development) 5+ years of proven experience in integration management or a related role in the financial services or enterprise software – MUST Strong process orientation and planning capabilities Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems management (K8S, OpenSearch) Experience working with Observability tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively Commitment to driving quality, innovation, and excellence Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
