He will be responsible for the performance and organization of the workshop.Duties and responsibilities:Plan, organize and lead daily activities in an auto repair shopDefine and keep organized areas, activity spaces and material flowsPrepare and maintain records of preventive maintenance and repairsDevelop maintenance plans and activity distributionControl activity costsSelect and recruit technical staff for the workshopDefine, control and maintain workshop and employee performance indexesOrganize tasks, priorities and area of actionLead and organize teamsCommunicate effectively verbally and in writingQualifications and experience:Superior technical training in equipment maintenanceStrong organizational and leadership skillsMinimum experience of 5 years in leading and managing auto repair shops and large equipmentKnowledge of management models and error diagnosis: Lean 6 Sigma, Kanban, FMEA, 5 Whys, PDCAKnowledge of international maintenance standardsAbility to plan, organize and follow up on plansAbility to prepare instructions and manualsAbility to read and follow instructions, manuals, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical schematicsDetect skills deficits and propose training plans
