Director of Cloud Infrastructure EngineeringAbout the Job As the Director of Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of talented engineers to deliver exceptional infrastructure solutions. You'll oversee the design, development, and operation of our multi-cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. The right candidate will not only be able to demonstrate their leadership skills but will also be a technical advisor for their department.

What you will do: Drive and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results, foster a collaborative culture, and mentor team members for career growth.Demonstrate deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and automation tools.Work closely with other leaders across the organization to align strategies, share best practices, and ensure seamless integration of infrastructure services.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation within your team.Effectively address complex technical challenges and make data-driven decisions to optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.Work closely with Operations Leadership to properly translate solutions into engineering and operational activities and tasks.Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, aligning the team's skills and experience with the organization's strategic goals.What you will need: 8+ years of experience leading technical teams and delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps principles, and automation tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible).Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teams across different functions and build strong relationships.A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans for infrastructure growth and modernization.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.Proven experience managing and developing high-performing engineering teams.What you'll gain at Intapp: Our culture at Intapp emphasizes accountability, responsibility, and growth.
