Internal Teams Moves Management;
Internal Clients Management;
Moves Process Involved Stakeholders Management (internal & external);
Information/Communication Management (intern & extern);
General Inventory Management (assets);
Assets tagging, monitor & assets regular control;
Assets moves management;
Amortization Process Management, Rate-off Process (connected with Finance Department);
Team Tickets Management / Requests;
Documentation Management / Archive;
Invoices Monitoring.
Profile and skills we look for:
Degree in relevant area;
Experience in similar roles;
Experience in Data Analysis;
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Project);
Excellent communication skills and practice in English;
A 1 year project.
Schedule: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Hybrid)
