What you will do: Collaborate with function leaders and digital teams to define and implement a Data & AI digital roadmap aligned with the business priorities and the respective Centers of Excellence (CoE); Drive the global standardization of processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across regions; Simplify and modernize the organization's application architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and reducing complexity; Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities where Data & AI solutions can enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value; Collaborate closely with the digital acceleration and application development and maintenance teams to address impacts on existing systems; Drive user adoption through effective communication, tailored training programs, and responsive support mechanisms; Lead the implementation of Data & AI initiatives, ensuring consistent monitoring of the digital roadmaps and reporting of progress; Champion a culture of data governance across the company, supporting the different business areas in the data mapping processes; Champion the culture and mindset of Responsible AI across the different transversal areas of EDP; Monitor the performance of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously monitor processes, systems, and strategies to drive better results; Drive continuous improvement by refining digital strategies, processes, and technologies based on feedback, learnings, and market dynamics; Oversee the prioritization and pipeline management for Data & AI initiativas developed through; Ensure all the responsibilities of a Chief Data Officer; Control budget and delivery execution of the products under management; Manage a small team.
Employment type: Fixed-Term Contract Employment type: Full-Time Work site: Hybrid Model What are we looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Professional experience of between 3 and 5 years in a similar role - understanding of digital technologies, namely the ones of Data & AI; Proven analytical skills, capable of solving complex problems and driving data-driven decision-making; Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and/or digital initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills; Commitment to fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement; Proactive, autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and resilience; Very good leadership skills.
