What you'll do
To manage Retail and Digital transformation, efficiency project.
Identify new opportunities for developing retail, that could increase customer experience;
Implement digital transformation projects;
Implement skyline efficiency project in retail;
Develop new platforms that lead to more empowerment of the sales channels (e.g. Renewals and retention projects);
Develop and execute action plans to deliver and grow sales and operations performance;
Drive high NPS through delivering excellent end to end customer experience.
Who you are
Bachelor's or master's in Management, Marketing or similar;
5+ years of experience;
Experience in retail and/or telesales industry;
Digital and technology-oriented mindset;
Data analysis;
Strong intuition about consumer behaviour and motivation;
Strong written and verbal communications, persuasion skills and ability to influence behaviours;
Great project management and organisation skills and capable of dealing with different stakeholders and challenges simultaneously and under pressure;
Critical thinking and problem-solving orientation;
Portuguese/English Language proficiency.
