Join our team and join forces with colleagues across our business to maximise our company's positive impact on patients and their families.What the job looks like:Support the Web architect on monitoring projects and demands; Support web technical team providing clear requirements to be developed; Capture and analyze business user requirements for digital services; Participate in business development efforts and strategy engagements; Provide end-to-end project management, leading project teams, budgets and resolving challenges; Manage communication with the IT product owners within the organization; Management of POs and SOWs while monitoring SLAs agreements; Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues; Follow up of web deliveries and communication to Web architect; Interact with external agencies tracking their performance and ensuring a reliable delivery; Handle support requests from different Business Units; Oversees ticketing system and provide support for end users related to web projects.What you'll bring to the table:8+ years' experience in digital project management; Familiarity with agile development methodologies; Familiarity with ContentManagement systems / Web Projects; English fluent and preferably one further European language; Outstanding organizationand time management skills; Detailed understanding omnichannel strategy, experience implementing large scale global web projects dealing with vendors; Excellent understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to define and articulate various strategic digital technologies to our clients; Extraordinary communication skills; Excellent client relationship skills, ability to develop relationships with senior client executives based on credibility in the digital marketing area.
