As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Engagement Marketing Team, where you will have the opportunity to promote Infineon's products and applications through the email marketing channel. In this role, you will design and enhance email marketing campaigns in a multicultural environment, and you will also develop your expertise in the Digital Marketing world.
In your new role, you will:
Promote Infineon's products and applications through the email marketing channel using Oracle Eloqua, employing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, adopting a customer-centric approach and consulting with stakeholders to ensure a unified vision
Provide strategic guidance in developing and executing email marketing campaigns for personalized and targeted communications to different customer segments, including consultancy on content, imagery, and design, to effectively reach different customer segments
Analyze email marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve return on investment (ROI), and inform data-driven decision-making with actionable customer insights
Share best practices with stakeholders through review meetings and via Confluence to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Enhance the email marketing strategy and work with other channel experts toward a visionary digital marketing approach
Drive continuous improvement in marketing automation processes, ensuring efficient workflows and streamlined operations

When collaborating with internal customers or counterparts from other organizational units, you strive to understand their concerns and focus on finding solutions that deliver value for all parties involved. You quickly establish successful collaborations, clarify areas of responsibility, and coordinate your work with colleagues, regularly sharing your insights to ensure mutual success
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Media Science, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing
Proficiency in content marketing via relevant digital channels (such as Email, social media, communities)
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills (main interface: sales & marketing and communications department)
Working experience with marketing automation tools – preferably Eloqua or similar
Graphic design skills, sense for content, and basic knowledge of HTML are an advantage
Fluency in English, and German is a plus
