- Experience in Management Consulting
- Connect with different stakeholders to understand the scope of work to be done
- Gather, validate and document business requirements and other assets that allow to understand the complexity of work to be done
- Modelling business processes to map and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Creating functional and technical specifications for solutions
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team (specially for non-technical teams)
- Develop User Stories and interact with the Scrum Master to prioritize the backlog
- Help and engage in scrum ceremonies (Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Grooming and Daily's)
- Support the implementation and testing of solutions
