The Digital analytics team is on the lookout for a passionate individual who thrives in a digital (web and app) analyst role where your work truly makes an impact. You'll have the opportunity to shape not only what they work on but also how they approach it.
As an exceptional analyst and advisor, you'll be able to use your business acumen, expertise in web/app analytics, and communication skills to identify opportunities, quantify opportunities for initiatives, and deliver reports on progress and success.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand data analysis needs, define KPIs and monitor performance. Serve as a strategic data advisor, providing actionable insights.
• Monitor website & app traffic and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Looker Studio. Develop scalable visualizations and reporting solutions that actionable and drive business decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes, trends, and patterns in data to inform decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and validity of onsite (web and app) data. Work closely with tracking/implementation developers.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve users' conversion rates and engagement.
• Create documentation and training to enable stakeholders to self-serve and up-skill on topics related to digital analytics.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a preference for expertise in Google Analytics. Experience with Tag Management and tracking implementation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in SQL and prior experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve website performance and user engagement.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with business acumen to refine solutions jointly with stakeholders.
• Exceptional motivation and ability to plan and execute projects reliably in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both written and oral English.
