Your focus will be on delivering a next-generation developer experience that empowers our teams to release new software quickly without compromising on security, quality, or scalability.Key responsibilities: CI/CD Enablement: Develop and configure infrastructure, pipelines, and templates that support continuous integration and deployment, ensuring speed, consistency, and flexibility. Solution Architecture: Participate in solution architecture discussions to build, test, and deploy software using standard CI/CD pipelines. Security & Quality: Incorporate security and quality as integral parts of the CI/CD process through automated code, image, and runtime scanning. Monitoring & Resilience: Implement monitoring solutions that proactively alert teams to potential issues or even automatically heal the system, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. Self-Service Development: Create self-service solutions to reduce roadblocks and increase productivity across teams. Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues in production and other critical environments, identifying root causes through detailed log analysis. Continuous Improvement: Engage in DevSecOps "guilds" to share best practices, explore new technologies, and innovate processes across teams.
