What are we building?
We're on a mission to build a world-class team that can deliver growth, scale, and brand recognition on a global level. We seek an experienced and strategic Demand Generation Director to drive our next growth phase by orchestrating a best-in-class demand generation operation.
What will you do?
As our Demand Generation Director, you will lead and scale our demand generation strategy across multiple channels, combining organic growth, paid media, inbound marketing, and outbound efforts. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and the Head of Sales Development, ensuring that both areas are aligned and operating at peak performance to create, capture, and convert demand into a revenue pipeline efficiently.
Your primary responsibility will be to build and optimise an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach, taking it to the next level of sophistication. You will be responsible for driving revenue pipeline growth by delivering a steady flow of high-quality opportunities to the sales team and increasing our brand visibility across target markets through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the demand generation strategy, combining inbound and outbound marketing efforts to create and capture demand across multiple channels.
Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing and Head of Sales Development to align efforts and maximise results.
Orchestrate cross-functional campaigns incorporating organic growth strategies, paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and more.
Optimise and scale our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach, ensuring personalisation and precision in targeting key accounts.
Oversee demand creation/capture through organic and paid channels to ensure a balanced pipeline.
Build robust frameworks for lead generation and nurturing, ensuring seamless handover to the sales team.
Track, measure, and optimise key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Develop and manage the demand generation budget to maximise impact while ensuring cost-efficiency.
Ensure that our demand generation efforts are scalable and future-proof as we continue to grow.

Who are we looking for?

6-8 years of experience in a leadership role within demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven experience managing and scaling ABM strategies, inbound and outbound marketing, and paid media campaigns.
Expertise in orchestrating demand generation operations across multiple channels, including SEO, paid search/social, content marketing, email marketing, and events.
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and lead nurturing processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, analyse, and optimise key performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and revenue pipeline.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and working alongside sales departments.
A strategic, growth-oriented mindset combined with hands-on experience in execution.
Ability to communicate complex strategies clearly and inspire both your team and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Curiosity, grit, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Positive attitude and a sense of humour—vital for navigating fast-paced environments.
