Since we started in 2018, we delivered a broad range of software solutions to our clients, ranging from an all-in-one mobility on demand solution and a suite of products for used car management and after-sales services, to e-commerce solutions and tailored software development.
For our software factory in Porto, we are currently looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our products.
Skills
Your responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts and run paid campaigns;
- Develop social media content from ideation, to designing visuals and crafting engaging copy;
- Develop engaging video and static assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels;
- Create and implement social media marketing strategies, including content calendars and performance measurement;
- Supervise community engagement, moderate comments, and monitor daily interactions with posts;
- Create monthly reports and campaign performance reports to provide actionable insights and suggestions for improvements based on the data;
- Follow social media trends, and make recommendations for optimization and innovation;
- Design visual presentations for advertising, and create visual content such as infographics, and other assets for websites, print material, point of sales material.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or similar education in Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing;
- 2+ years of proven experience using graphic design and social media for brand building;
- Experience with design tools, such as Figma (mandatory) and Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with social media tools, such as Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (mandatory);
- Passion for and good knowledge of social media;
- Experience in B2B marketing;
- Experience in designing creative layouts for print and digital channels;
- Good at crafting compelling copies;
- Experience with Hootsuite would be appreciated);
- Video editing skills, with tools such as Adobe premiere or similar is a plus;
- Knowledge in further Digital marketing, such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices is a plus;
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of German would be appreciated.
