Your Mission We seek an Atlassian Expert (Jira & Confluence) to join our dynamic team.
As an Atlassian Expert, you will be responsible for configure and customize Jira and Confluence based on our Engineering Software Process.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of our Atlassian stack.
Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence build and configure Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT the rest of the business Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects Implement custom xml based JIRA gadgets Support and configure JIRA plugins as required Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required Acquainted with plugins like : BigPicture, Tempo, Structure, ScriptRunner, etc Your Profile You are mastering and have significant experience (6 years minimum) on: Experience integrating JIRA with Confluence Experience administrating Jira & Confluence Experience with creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes Experience with implementing and training on JIRA and JIRA Agile best practices, custom dashboards, and custom reports Experience with migrating projects smoothly from other JIRA instances Experience with researching, evaluating, installing, and managing JIRA add–ons Possession of excellent problem solving skills, process implementation skills WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Integration in a multicultural and inclusive team environment; Possibility to participate in international projects; Annual Individual Training Plan; Continuous training on Next1; Private health insurance; Referral bonuses for recommending your friends to Capgemini Engineering; Offices in great locations; Career evolution.
