Powered by a culture of continuous improvement, global talent and innovation, the Company's extensive range of products, services, and integrated technologies fuels active lifestyles in orthopedics and beyond.Your new role:As part of a dynamic and growing team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Customer Service Data & Price Update Management in this Shared Service Centre.Main tasks:Handles customer database updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance; Guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to customers/clients; Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes; Responsible for the review and administration of price deviations and exceptions; Respond to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed; Effect promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories; Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organization's pricing strategy; Provide support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing; Administer and upload exceptions for customers' price lists from customers; Undertake ad-hoc pricinganalysis as required by superiors.What you need to be successful:Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service/data maintenance role; Language Skills: German Native or English Fluent (both languages are great to have); Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred; Excel Skills;Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.What the company can offer you:Hybrid working model; Annual Bonus;Meal Allowance; Health Insurance;The amazing opportunity to be part of the first team in Portugal.Next step:In case you are interested in this opportunity, click on "Apply Now" to send us your updated CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
