What You'll Do
As Data Management Associate Consultants you will be responsible to:
Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise;
Support solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standards;
Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go-Live of Customer implementation projects;
Support in solution testing and issue resolution;
Support in development and realization of strategic initiatives like migration, data quality and data integration as well as data warehouse design, modelling and implementation for our customers;
Support other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projects;
Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and Customer success;
Manage customer expectations and avoid any escalations;
Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services;
Understand the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification;
Work on projects delivered across geographies and cultures;
Foster teamwork and collaboration mindset to promote knowledge sharing and ensure product adoption and consumption.
What You Bring
Knowledge and hands on experience in Data Management solutions;
Good programming skills (ABAP or SQL or Python);
Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree;
Working experience in Consulting environment;
Strong Customer focus;
Ability to work as a team player as well as independently;
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (verbal and written);
Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach;
Technical curiosity, innovative mindset and out of the box thinking;
Proactive, flexible, with a "can do" attitude;
Fluent in English written and spoken
Will to adventure and deep dive into new technologies.
