Job Description
The Data and Reporting Operational Change Management Lead will be responsible for spearheading the creation of a centralized function to manage all client and management data and reporting activities for our international wealth management teams. The goal is to ensure accurate and reliable financial and internal CRM / business data, as well as performance reporting to clients, while enhancing efficiency, automation, and consistency across our International Wealth Management (IWM) business.
This is an opportunity to shape our data strategy, streamline operations, and drive impactful change. Leveraging your project management skills, you will consolidate and enhance legacy reporting processes and build a robust, scalable operating platform for seamless integration as our firm grows through acquisitions. Your strategic insight and leadership will be crucial for increasing integration success predictability and improving overall operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Establish and lead a cutting-edge centralized data and reporting function for international teams.
Integrate and streamline existing data and reporting activities from diverse teams into a cohesive, high-performing unit.
Develop and implement innovative procedures to elevate our data management capabilities, boosting efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.
Lead transformative projects to build and optimize the centralized data and reporting function, delivering them on time, within scope and budget. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and accurate reports that meet our business needs.
Collaborate with executive, technology, PM, and client service teams to build solutions.
Implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead and inspire the BAU team responsible for daily data and reporting operations.
Provide mentorship, support, and development opportunities to cultivate a high-performing team.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' experience building and leading operational teams and leading operational transformation implementations for financial services businesses.
Proven experience in project management, building functions, and operational model consolidation.
Demonstrated success in managing BAU teams and driving operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with executive teams and technology change teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using Addepar a considerable bonus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Significant reduction in time spent on reporting tasks.
Increased accuracy and timeliness of reports.
Enhanced reporting output and streamlined processes.
Successful establishment of a centralized data and reporting function.
Effective consolidation of reporting activities from other teams into the new function.
