Our client is a Consumer Services Multinational Group.
Cultivates an emphasis on data and implement effective measures and tools to improve the quality of data used in operations;Guarantees data quality and ownership by enabling self-service analytics for diverse areas within the organization;Develops techniques to make data quality more transparent and consistently to raise its standards;Supervises data quality improvement projects, ensuring planning, execution, and continuous monitoring;Delivers readily accessible data reports, sourced from a centralized data repository, to various business units within the organization, promoting the widespread adoption of analytics;Ensures the integration of external data sources into the data management processes, ensuring their incorporation and reliability;Collaborates closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the adoption of data and self-service analytics tools and internal services;Contributes to the definition of the department plan and budget in order to guarantee the integration of the area priorities, resource needs and performance indicators;Intervenes as an expert, contributing to committees and/or workgroups at an internal and/or external level, ensuring the alignment in terms of policies and practice across the organization;Represents the organization in international external forums, ensuring the organization's image promotion among relevant stakeholders;Keeps abreast of market's best practices and ensures the benchmarks conduction, regarding internal or market's references;Seeks continuous improvement of the processes under management, analyzing and correcting inefficiencies in order to maximize the existent the allocated resources;Ensures compliance of the organization's norms and regulations at an operational level within the activities and collaborates across the Organization by sharing knowledge and best practices, leveraging an alignment on the correct implementation of procedures and methods on the day to day operation;Motivates, mentors and develops people to drive team performance, managing the work of others in an effective way.Perfil ideal Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data or related fields;At least 8-10 years of experience in data analytics or data management, with 5 years in a managerial or leadership role;Experience with data architecture;Proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop high-performing teams;Experience working with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven strategies;Deep understanding of business processes and how analytics can drive growth, efficiency, and innovation;Ability to align analytics initiatives with strategic business goals and measure impact;Experience with Data Mining and Machine Learning;Ability to think critically about data quality, sources, and processes to ensure actionable results;Experience in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities from large, diverse datasets;Knowledge of industry-specific data practices and tools is a plus;Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;Opportunity to lead a Team.
