Data Analyst Procurement

Job Description:Key user of the Procurement Power BI application (database maintenance and development)Supplier sustainability expert (human rights, environment, corruption tracking of suppliers)Ensure data quality and consistency across relevant systemsProduce reports and dashboards (to support decision making and monitor spend, supplier performance and savings)Perform analysis as requested by the procurement departmentAnalyse procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvementSupport the standardisation and harmonisation of master data processesDevelop master data strategy for procurement (SAP and other systems)Procurement reporting, preparation of cost and market analysisProcess optimisation (development and implementation of processes to improve data integrity and efficiency)EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) data management20% procurement role for a defined procurement areaRequired Profile:Bachelor's degree (business, economics, information systems or equivalent)Certifications in data analysis or data management an advantageWork experience in data and master data management, ideally in procurementExperience with ERP systems (ideally SAP R/3 or S4/HANA) and the data analysis tool Power BIStrong analytical and problem solving skillsDetail oriented and accurate working styleProficient in MS Office, especially ExcelStrong communication and teamwork skillsHigh degree of initiative and ability to work independentlyFluent English, ideally GermanWillingness to travel up to 10% of the timeWe offerA varied working environment, independent and autonomous workAn interesting, challenging and varied area of responsibility.An open corporate culture with flat hierarchies and the open-minded structures of a medium-sized, internationally active company.An attractive overall package of appropriate pay and development opportunities.
