Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices with precision and compliance.
Updating and auditing content for upload on social media.
Ensuring service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction.
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.
Adhering strictly to accuracy guidelines and data protection measures.

Profile:

Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
Strong PC navigation skills and adeptness with technology.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to Porto andwork on flexible shifts.
Work permit in Portugal (EU citizenship)
