Responsibilities - your mission

You will join a recently created team in charge of transverse activities in Quality for Customer Services & Cross-Programmes leading quality process management, quality standards integration, change & quality mindset, customer centricity, strategy, performance and communication. The Job Holder will contribute to increase quality footprint in the business by interconnecting & building synergies among the team transverse scope.

The Job Holder will lead the Quality Performance in Customer Services and Cross - Programme, and the internal performance of Quality Customer Services & Cross Programme organization. Complementary, current dashboards are using a manual process for which the Job Holder will digitize/automate them.

The Job Holder will be responsible to:

- Measure Business and Quality for Customers Services & Cross Programmes performance via collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators. Scope includes
All Airbus Programmes performance for the Quality part

Customer Services performance for the Quality part

Internal performance of Quality Customer Services & Cross Programme organization

- Manage performance through facilitating stakeholders exchange on performance data, root cause analysis, recommendations in order to enable decision making
- Identify / define improvement projects to reach targeted performance
- Prepare and lead Performance Reviews and key meetings including presentation pack preparation, lead the meetings, actions drumbeat
- Automate / digitalize performance dashboards
- Lead deployment of Airbus Operating System bricks related to Performance Management in Quality Customer Services & Cross Programme organization.

Additionally the Job Holder will contribute and/or lead other activities as part of the transverse portfolio of the team.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Diploma or Bachelor + Master degree in Data Analytics or other relevant fields

Business fluent in English (French desirable)

Good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository)

Ability to solve problems and seek root causes through data

Programming skills in Python/Pyspark, R, JAVA or equivalent

Excellent G Suite skills

Experience with data management

Experience with stakeholder management and a customer oriented mindset

Understanding of Performance Management, Project Management (e.g. Waterfall and Agile methodology)

Structured way of working with resilience and proactiveness

Ability to simplify the business and communicate easily

Flexibility and a team player with innovative thinking

Reliable, pragmatic and assertive

Leadership skills and ability to convince and influence
