Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1500 (x 14) plus performance bonus potential of 120 euro p/m (x12) plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week between Monday to Friday: 08:00-17:00
Relocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m
The Company Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Danish Technical Support Advisors.
The Role As a Technical Support Advisor you will represent a global technology brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, emails and chat and will answer general inquiries and solve any technical issues they might experience with their voice assistant device. First time resolution, taking ownership and customer satisfaction are very important in this role. This will suit someone who has an interest in technology and who likes to troubleshoot.
