Planning, job briefing, create job ads on social media, update our database with your candidates and proactive search of candidates, screening, interviews, reference checks, and feedback sessions. Build a strong relationship with sales and delivery managers to understand the needs om employment every week. Hand-holding:Support the candidates on the entire journey, from start to end; this also means after their job start to ensure they get settled and are thriving. Create and find new sources in order to contact potential candidates Process candidates request and provide relevant information. Requirements: You speak and write Danish at a native level and you speakEnglish fluently (B2) Experience in sales or recruitment is not a must, but preferred. Experience from an international environment is a plus, and experience with working remotely is preferred. Experience from living abroad is not a must but a big advantage. You haveknowledge of and experience with social media and knows how to use it efficiently as a recruitment tool . You are willingto use your social media profiles for work purposes.
