Our client is one of the largest companies specializing in multichannel customer relationships. Together with your colleagues, you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will work with a high volume of hot leads, aiming for a conversion rate of 15% with an expected 3-5 sales per day. English is required for training, tools, and internal communication. Tasks Part of your daily activities will include: Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client. Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients. Managing each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focus on closing sales. Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the most effective paths to seal deals. Requirements UE Passport or Residence Card or Job Search Visa. Czech C2 English C1 Sales Profile Benefits 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. #J-18808-Ljbffr
