Tasks Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.
Requirements Native or fluent in Czech (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
A positive and proactive attitude, Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Independence in the use of computer equipment.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
