What you'll be doing: Lead critical incidents on behalf of SOC Team and work with the CERT Team. Train, support and coach junior analysts in the team. Participate in Threat hunts, contribute to threat hunting ideas. Proposal of innovative automation ideas using the SOAR tool and getting the ideas implemented with the help of SOAR engineering. Assist in developing new Use cases for SIME, test and fine tune them. To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer: 3+ years in Cyber with at least 2 years of experience in SOC/incident response role. Experienced in leading critical incident calls, representing SOC/CERT. Experience in handling and investigating alerts in SIEM. Experience in handling incidents in EDR tools. Experience in SOAR automation platforms. Experience in building use cases for SIEM. Knowledge in handling incidents and alerts for cloud (e.G., Azure, AWS, Ali cloud, GCP). Experience in investigating Network intrusion and host-based intrusion. Note this role will follow a 24x7 shift pattern: 06:00 - 14:45 14:00 - 22:45 This role is fully remote from anywhere in Portugal.
