GBS is looking for a Customs Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe main missions of the role are:Collect Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) information from suppliers regarding the carbon content of supplied components to Forvia;Communication of Forvia's Long Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) to customers;Track and ensure the renewal of suppliers Long Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) to Forvia;Verification of suppliers Long Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) content following the checklist provided by Customs IT Coordinator, ensuring its validity and accuracy.The ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics or in courses related with legal and customsTechnical and behavioural skills:Service mindsetGood computer skills (MS Office-Excel).Knowledge of SAP MM is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate in English (mandatory) French or German or Spanish is a plus.Capability to follow a work instruction.Planning, analytical and organization skills.Ability to work in an international environment.Operational mindset.Autonomous and proactive.
