What you'll doWorking as a Customer & Technical Support, you'll have to be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues;Provide the necessary help to solve all customer's technical issues, through phone and email;Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues;Make an effort to regain customer's confidence in the brand;Provide recommendations to engage with customer's needs;Have a central role within the internal organization.What you'll needNative written and verbal communication skills in French;Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills as a Customer & Technical Support;Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;Ability to solve technical issues creatively;Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers;Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
