As a Standvirtual Customer Success Agent, it is your mission to deliver a customer experience that blows their minds away, by helping with any question they might have and delighting them at every touchpoint. Also, we need people with great team spirit and dynamism who wake up daily with the same motivation and bring a positive attitude to the company.
What responsibilities you will get when working with us:Do everything in your power to keep the customer happy & improve customer experience;Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the portal features (Standvirtual);Nurture the customer and help him to solve the issue he is facing;Direct the customer's request to the right team/person and follow-up to make sure the problem is solved;With a continuous improvement attitude, you will provide insights to the product team to resolve complaints;Support internal teams on requests related to customers.What you will need to be successful in the role:Have tons of positive energy and willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy;Have a passion for helping others and improving our customer experience;Previous experience in customer support role (phone calls and emails) or in inbound and outbound sales is required;Be proactive;Love for digital and technology;Automotive market knowledge is a plus;Customer-oriented profile;Excellent communication (orally and written) skills;Team player;The ability to communicate in English is a plus.Why join OLX?
