Customer Support Specialist, German speaker We're looking for German speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our client's team in the beautiful Portugal!
What you'll do:
Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues;
Give accurate, valid and complete information by using the right procedures;
Be the owner of the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response;
Build meaningful relationships, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner;
Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets;
Create amazing customer experiences that people value and we are proud of;
Be responsible for following the direction of management and providing feedback.

What we're looking for:
German C2
Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems & devices.
Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest.
