Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview:We are seeking a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative who will be assisting our client's customers across various channels to answer their questions on subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics.Key Responsibilities:Receive incoming calls from our client's customers.Welcome and advise customers.Offer personalized solutions on every call.Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.Requirements:French Native or Strong C2 + English B2Prior experience in customer support is a plus (but not mandatory).What We Offer:Monthly salary: 930 euro.Performance Bonus: 100 euros for the first three months, then up to performance.Meal Allowance: 9 euro per day.Transportation reimbursement up to 40 euro.Private Medical Insurance after 4 months.Monday to Saturday - rotating shifts from 7 am till 7 pm.If you'd like to know more about the company and this opportunity, please apply and the recruiter will reach out to you either via email or LinkedIn.
