Customer Support Role

Based in Portugal, we are a Human Resources, Recruitment and Training company offering a complete and comprehensive placement service with access to our e-learning platform.

The Role

Locations: Greece, Malta, Lisbon, Porto, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, etc.

You will be responsible for:

Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

Ideal Profile

Must have an EU Passport or residence card.

At least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service or Sales/Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Ecommerce/Marketplaces, Electronics, and Social Platforms industry.

Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.

Strong networker and relationship builder.

Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
