What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Registration and Sign in: Guide users through account setup and login issues.
Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems.
App & Device support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings.
Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues.

What do you need to be successful at this job?
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
B2/C1 level in English
Availability to work in rotating shifts
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
