What you will do in this role Give customer support by handling customers' issues related to payments refund and other types of inquiries.
Use different platforms and tools to take an active role in reviewing user behaviors as well as ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas.
Review, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyright.
Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
Are fluent, verbal and written in Portuguese (C1).
Are fluent, verbal and written in Spanish (C1).
Have an advanced level of English (B2).
Have prior knowledge in online payment methods and transactions.
Have proven computer skills and are a diligent worker.

Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
Are skilled in multi-tasking.
