What you will do in this role As a Customer Support, you will: Give customer support by handling customers' issues related to payments refund, and other types of inquiries Use different platforms and tools to take an active role in reviewing user behaviors as well as ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas Review, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyright Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek initiatives to improve the overall customer experience Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Fluent, verbal and written in Portuguese (C1) + advanced level of English and Spanish (B2) OR Fluent, verbal and written in Spanish (C1) + advanced level of English and Portuguese (B2) Have prior knowledge in online payment methods and transactions Have proven computer skills and are a diligent worker Have high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally Being skilled in multi-tasking is essential If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
