What you will do in this role    As a Customer Support, you will: Give customer support by handling customers' issues related to payments refund, and other types of inquiries  Use different platforms and tools to take an active role in reviewing user behaviors as well as ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas Review, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyright Provide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience   Your qualifications   Concentrix is a great match if you: Fluent, verbal and written in Portuguese (C1) Fluent, verbal and written in Spanish (C1) Have an advanced level of English (B2) Have prior knowledge in online payment methods and transactions Have proved computer skills and diligent worker Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally Being skilled in multi-tasking is essential   If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
