Team member will ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded through service level excellence.ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DOPosition is responsible for supporting WW/Eukor Customer Support team activities within the region.Perform business activities between ELS CC/Doc, Port operations, Trade, and commercial office.Ensure relationships between Customer Support/Documentation, customers, vendors, and other WW departments remain strong and mutually productive.Drive customer service excellence through the phone and over email, by delivering quality output, and working efficiently and productively.As part of the Customer Support team, work together to ensure that the department continues to grow, and customer expectations are exceeded.QualificationsWHAT YOU'LL NEEDTwo years or more of customer care experience.Two years or more of experience in the maritime and logistics industry preferred.Fluent in written and spoken English.
