Rotational schedule time frames: Monday-Friday: 8:00-20:00 + Saturday-Sunday 8:00-17:00 (Portuguese time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with 2 rotating days off!

Our client is the creator of the most popular internet search engine in the world. They create solutions for business and private clients. One of them is an application for voice and remote home service.
Support for this solution is a step into the future to make every home smarter and easier to use.It supports voice control applications – the home assistant helps you manage your home and everyday applications via your smartphone. Through the application, it will also be possible to control various systems and devices at home, such as TV, radio, and lighting.
Your responsibilities:

Support for application users by phone, email, and chat in Italian.
Assistance in installing applications and cooperating devices: cameras, speakers, home thermostats, etc.
Pre-sales assistance for users: advice on choosing the right solutions.
Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tech departments.

Our expectations:

You speak Italian proficiently.
Intermediate English level (min B2).
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
You are self-motivated, and you like to work in a team.

Main duties:

Starting date: 09.10
Rotational schedule time frames: Monday-Friday: 8:00-20:00 + Saturday-Sunday 8:00-17:00 (Portuguese time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with 2 rotating days off!
Full-time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract.
Private health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract).
Work in our modern office in Lisbon, Parque das Nações.
Training is provided at the beginning of the work; previous experience is not required.
Recruitment process is 100% online.

Competitive Salary and bonuses:

1000€ gross x 14 months (1166€ gross x 12 months) - basic salary.
Up to 120€ gross performance bonus/month.
Meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card).
20 €/month - Transport allowance.

Relocation package:

Flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months.
Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment.
