With a strong online presence and physical stores, they provide stylish, practical options for home furnishing. We are looking for reinforcements in the form of German -speaking employees for our remote team all over Portugal.We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers! As a Customer Support you will: Support of all customers' requests in German, assisting with issues during and after orders Provide enthusiastic and professional support through inbound calls Inform customers about products and aim to close sales over the phone Help resolve delivery issues, including tracking, errors, and stock availability Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance): 1010€ gross x 14 months –basic salary, 30€ gross for every weekend worked + 2 extra salaries per year (2020€ gross ) up to 170€ gross monthly performance bonus, meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card) transport allowance: 20€ / month What do we offer?
