Italian Customer Advisor for Online Pharmacy - Portugal Do you want to provide support for one of the biggest online pharmacies in Europe? Are you Italian native or fluent with strong English communication skills?Looking to make your career in a multicultural environment in sunny and happy Portugal ?So we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our Client is the pioneer in the online pharmacy market and one of the leading online pharmacies in Europe with webshops in several countries. As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include: Giving advice and information to customers with empathy for their needs Ensuring the order and delivery process is smooth for the client Dealing with Returns and Complaints Identifying root causes to ensure maximum efficiency Handling calls as well as written communication within established guidelines Ensuring the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction Recognizing and promoting additional products and services to customers To succeed in the role, you will need to have: Native or proficient level of Italian (C2) Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills A motivated and enthusiastic personality Self-organized with planning and prioritization skills Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations Technical aptitude and ability to pick up new technology quickly Able to follow guidelines and instructions Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information Familiarity with ticketing systems Experience with policy work or help resource project management Previous experience with creation of online help resources Life experience to apply to managing situations Early adopter of technology Ability to put customers at ease High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work #LI-Remote Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal Benefits: Relocation package Competitive wages Paid professional training Private healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment) Growth opportunities through various development programs Fun and engaging company-wide initiatives, including our EverBetter wellness program Job stability Life-long skills and experience Go further with Foundever We believe in memorable associate experiences.
