Responsabilidades ChaveHandling incoming calls in French;
Handling requests from buyers in the French market and responding to them via various communication channels;
Liaising regularly with various internal departments as well as other colleagues.

Competências12th grade (mandatory);
Call centre experience (eliminatory);
Native French;
Advanced English (C1);
Resilience and commitment to the project;
Knowledge of/interest in cars (plus).
