Customer Support - French Speaker (M/F/X)

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading vehicles transportation platform. If you love helping people and ensuring smooth transportation experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsabilidades Chave Contact drivers;
Assign deliveries;
Understand whenever an assignment is not accepted;
Persuade drivers to accept assignments;

Competências Native or advanced French (C2) proficiency;
Intermediate level of English (B2);
Friendly and professional demeanor;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to remain calm under pressure;
A first experience in customer service is a plus;

Principais Benefícios What do we have for you?

- Base salary of 895€/month;
- Performance bonus up to 100€/month;
- Meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00;
- Days off: Weekends;
- Working contract: 6 months (renewable);
