At Adecco HR we are looking for French and Spanish speakers to join our client in Lisbon! If you want to be part of an innovative company as a Customer Support Specialist this can be your opportunity! You will be responsible for:  ? Respond to incoming user requests on the platform ? Follow up on requests until resolution ? Escalate challenges encountered with clients to the assigned Performance Coach ? Train and proactively support clients in mastering the platform ? Proactively promote the platform innovations to clients 
Requirements
Key skills:???? Fluent in French and Spanish + English is a strong plus ???? Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role required ???? Proficiency in IT tools and various communication channels ???? Excellent interpersonal skills 
Offer
We offer:? Permanent contract (40h/week) ? Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) ? Base Salary: 1400€ ? Meal allowance: 7.23€/day ? Health Insurance ? Monthly transport pass reimbursement (40€)
