Customer Support - Dutch Speaker (M/F/X)

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products. Key responsibilities include:
Answering questions about coverageAssisting with policy cancellationsHelping insurance brokers direct their inquiries QualificationsNative or advanced Dutch (C2) proficiency;
Intermediate level of English (B2);
Friendly and professional demeanor;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to remain calm under pressure;
A first experience in customer service is a plus;

BenefitsWhat do we have for you?

- Base salary of 1100€/month;
- Complexity bonus of 100€/month;
- Performance bonus up to 100€/month;
- Meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts);
- Days off: Weekends;
- Working contract: 6 months (renewable);
